In the lower right corner of the image, the head of a man with dark hair and a mustache is seen from the back. He sits in an armchair, gazing up at a raven perched on the helmeted head of a white classical bust. The bust is placed atop the frame of a simplified door. A mass of quickly-drawn black slashes surround the raven, stretch down diagonally from the door frame into the space of the seated man.<br />
Signed recto, in plate, lower right, in image: "E. M."

This print shows a profile of a small, bear-like man from the waist up. He is balding, with a fringe of hair by his neck but none in the center of his head. He wears a light colored, loose fitting garment with thick, dark outlines articulating the parts of his clothing. The background is very dark.

The image is divided in to two main halves.<br />
The top half is divided in 3, and the bottom half divided in 6. All the divided spaces, except for the lower right corner contain a human figure. In the top half the two outer figures face inward toward the central figure who is seated on a panel slightly above them. The central figure is yellow, with out clothing, on a red background outlined with an olive green border. The figure to the left is cream colored without clothing on a pinkish background. While the figure to the right is clothed in red on a green background.<br />
The figures in the lower half carry shields and various weapons. The dominate colors in each of the 6 sections rotates between green, blue, red and yellow.

A menage of female figures lie entangled together, painted in many different colors. Certain body parts appear identifiable and are emphasized with bleeding lines. In the background appears straight-lined brush strokes emoting a fence or barricade much like one would see within a concentration camp. Beneath the watery brushstrokes are thin, precise lines.
